Yes - we identify the fuel type, vent path, and appliance condition on arrival. Customers often book without knowing because the prior owner left no documentation; we sort it out on the visit and tell you what your specific system needs.

Same-day and next-day is our default, though peak burn-season weeks book up fastest. Message us your Willimantic address and we'll give you the earliest realistic window so you're safe before you light it.

A full visual check of the firebox, smoke chamber, damper, flue, liner, crown, cap, and exterior masonry, plus a roof-side look where it's safe - exactly the $89 inspection. We flag anything that needs cleaning or repair before the fire, and the fee credits toward that work.
